Jim is a Chairman with The C12 Group which is in the ministry of helping to “build great businesses for a greater purpose”. During his fifty years of leading global manufacturing companies, Jim developed strong cross-cultural skills through the love of Jesus Christ and building company cultures with biblical core values, directing companies on five continents. Jim has been blessed to be married to Karen for forty-one years and has four adult children and three, definitely above average, grandchildren.
