Bryan has over 20 years in the commercial construction industry. As Project Manager, he is skilled in preconstruction duties as well as project management, from assembling pricing from the vendor, developing overall project schedules, setting up a location for field office, advising office personnel of pertinent project information, obtaining permits and licenses, and establishing conferences with all involved parties, through the administration of owner contracts, subcontractors and purchase orders, including providing accurate cost projections and procurement of materials to meet the project schedule. Bryan is analytical with the ability to examine issues from multiple viewpoints and to communicate effectively progress/problems to Senior Mgmt., Superintendent, Owner, Architect/Consultants, and Subcontractors. Excellent attention to detail with emphasis placed on quality, providing support to Field Superintendent and overall management of construction projects.
